The PASA team was
formed in the Fall of 2003, uniting several existing swim teams
based in the area around Palo Alto and Stanford, California.
PASA holds
workouts at several sites, and new swimmers typically choose a site
based on geographical convenience. Swimmers who develop a deeper
commitment to the sport can gradually move up into the junior and
senior level groups, which have more restricted membership and
locations.
PASA welcomes new
swimmers of all ages and abilities. For information on how to join
PASA, and to learn about which PASA site is most appropriate for

Our
Vision
We envision a
program that provides advanced level coaching to develop the total
athlete at all levels of development, from beginning to
internationally ranked competitors. PASA's innovative program
maximizes the results of time spent in the water by incorporating
swimmer specific practices designed to enhance individual
development, including strength, stretching, yoga, pilates, mental
training, and team building.
