The philosophy of the Sun
Devil Aquatics swim program is to focus on producing a long term
"family" of progressing swimmers-athletes receiving the benefits of
lifelong health, social growth, and successful academic and
athletic performance.

SDA Swim Programs

SDA’s
program is
multi-leveled and tailored to the individual needs of each and
every swimmer. We emphasize fundamental skills, physical
conditioning, productive work habits, character growth, healthy
competition, and most of all enjoyment.

The Coaches
|
|
|
|
|
Sun Devil Aquatics is staffed with an experienced and
successful coaching staff. Our
coaching staff includes many years of experience coaching at
the collegiate and international levels, including the Olympics.
SDA swimmers routinely qualify for the National Championships,
World Championships and Olympic Trials.

World Class Facilities
|
|
|
|
|
|
SDA trains at
Mona Plummer Aquatic
Center located on the campus of Arizona
State University. It is regarded as one of the country’s
finest outdoor swimming and diving facilities. Mona Plummer opened
in July, 1981 and consists of three pools - an Olympic-size, 50
meter by 25 yards, seven-foot deep competition pool with a movable
bulkhead; a 25-yard, 18-foot diving well; and a 25-yard eight-lane
warm-up pool.
