About Us

Katy Aquatics, founded in 1986, has developed a state and national reputation for a first-class, year round swim program.  Katy Aquatics offers a guided age-group youth program for children age five and up, from the beginning swimmer to the most competitive and skilled swimmer.

When a young person becomes a member of Katy Aquatics he/she learns the values of sportsmanship and teamwork. The sport of swimming and the philosophy of Katy Aquatics provides physical, emotional and intellectual skills that will last a lifetime.

Katy Aquatics Team for Youth (KATY) is located west of Houston, TX, in the rapidly growing Katy area.   The team is comprised of over almost 500 swimmers in competitive, pre-competitive, and diving groups.

KATY is a not-for-profit, 501-c3 swimming club, and is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors elected to rotating three-year terms.
