New and prospective members should print the registration form (below), complete the form and bring them to the PAC Team Tryouts on February 21, 22 or March 5th.  Please do not circle the group as the coaches complete this section at the tryout.  Circle your swimmers Tshirt size as all PAC Members receive a free team tshirt.
