1. Download US Masters Swimming Registration and WH2O New Member Registration below
2. Fill out all forms
3. Make a check out to WH2O for administrative fee + first month’s dues
4. Make a check out to SPMA for US Masters Swimming registration
5. Return ALL items to WH2O mailbox or bring to box at pool

WATER POLO:

1. Download USA Water Polo Registration and WH2O New Member Registration below
2. Fill out all forms
3. Make a check out to WH2O for administrative fee + first month’s dues
4. Make a check out to USA Water Polo for USWP registration
5. Return ALL items to WH2O mailbox or bring to box at pool
