The following
is the standard workout schedule for Orinda Aquatics. There
maybe changes due to pool conflicts, meets, and taper
schedules. Those changes should be reflected in the calendar
below.
Junior Group
(pre-high school): M-Th PM: 6:00-7:30,
Fr: 5:30--7:00, Sat: 8:15-10:00
Senior Group (high
school/college):
Morning:
T/Th/Fri AM: 5:45-7:20 (Friday required for Sr. 3/4, optional for
Sr. 1/2), Sat: 7:30-10:00
Afternoon: Sr.
3/4: M-Th. 3:00-5:15, Fri. 3:40-5:30, Dry Land M/T/Th at 2:40; Sr.
1/2: M-Th. 4:00-6:00, Fri. 3:40-5:30.
Note: On Friday afternoon, there is
a meeting at 3:40 for all Senior swimmers. Senior 1/2 Dry Land
is T/Th and is built into the
workout times.
