Coach Harold is one of the
founders of the team. He is certified
by the American Swim Coaches Association with its highest ranking
of Level 5, attained by fewer than 1% of USA-S coaches. He and his wife,
Joann, have three children, all of whom graduated from Clear Lake
High School, and earned academic and swimming scholarships to major
universities. He serves the local ward
of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints as its financial
clerk. Professionally, he works as a
financial investment advisor, specializing in day trading.
Jeaneen M Johnston

Jeaneen began USA Swimming at the age of 8. She was a
four-year letterman at Clear Lake High School. Jeaneen earned
a full swimming scholarship to IONA College, in New York. She has
been coaching with AQUASTAR for 6 years, and plans to continue to
coach for many years to come!
Bob Tweedy

Bob
was a 4-year letterman for the University of Arizona swimming &
diving team. He began his coaching career in 1979. His coaching
experience includes summer league, USA Swimming, and high school
levels. He primarily coaches our Blue, Gold, and Senior levels. At
his "day job," he trains space station crews how to exercise in
microgravity.
Angie Hayes

Angela is a former STAR swimmer and alumnae of Clear Lake High
School, where she swam with the varsity team for 4 years. She began
coaching with the Pine Brookwood Orcas summer league team after
graduating high school in 2003. She has also competed
internationally in swimming for her mother's home country, the
Republic of Palau, in the 1998 and 2002 Micronesian Games.
Allix Johnson

Allix swam for the La Porte Dogfish and swam her freshman
year on the La Porte High School team. She has been
teaching swim lessons every summer for the past 3 years.
Prior to coaching with AQUA, Allix coached for SCAT, where coached
for 3 years. She is now working on getting her masters degree
in criminology and criminal justice.
Dakota Phillips

Dakota is a former STAR swimmer and is an alumnus of the Clear
Lake High School swim team, ending his high school career as most
valuable swimmer. While attending Texas Tech University for
the past several years, he led his fraternity’s intramural
swim team to top three finishes each year. As he finishes up
his education in Houston, he looks forward to sharing his knowledge
of the sport and foster a competitive spirit in those he coaches.
Sarah Mize

Sarah began her swimming career in first grade, and has since
swum for summer league, high school, and year round swim teams;
including AQUA and STAR. She was the captain of the
Friendswood High School swim team her senior year, and the
following summer served as an assistant coach for FAST. She
has also given private swim lessons during the summers while
she was attending college at Texas A&M University as an
elementary education major. She is a recent graduate and
hopes to use her passion for swimming and teaching to help
swimmers achieve success.
