PERSONAL PHYLOSOPHY:
It is important to ensure a safe and fun environment for all swimmers. I believe that “technique is the key to a successful swimmer. It is important for each swimmer to develop proper balance, body position, and strong stroke technique. Once an athlete trains with the proper stroke technique, they can concentrate on training with higher intensity. This will result in the swimmers improvement.
My goal as well, is to teach hard work, dedication and responsibilities that will not only help them as a swimmer but in life.
I would like to see each athlete enjoy swimming a I did as a child and as I still do today.
