Marshall has swam and Coached all over the world at almost all
levels off competition. After swimming for several years with the
Bruin Swim Club in RI which later became the Ocean State Squids he
went on to swim at Florida Atlantic University. After 2000 Marshall
continued his swimming career in Open water events until 2002 where
he then moved back to his birthplace of Australia and began
coaching. His team went on to win their first NSW Australian
State title in the 25 year history of the club, a streak that would
continue for several more championships. Marshall is an Australian
Silver licensed coach for his swimmers accomplishments at a
National Level.
In May of 2007 Marshall started the Envious Swimming
program with a vision of building a team that would one day
suit the name. His vision and direction for the team is taking
shape one day and one swimmer at a time.
