DCA program director since 1988.  Janet is head coach at the West Mesa pool

Janet competed for the Academy and held the NM HS record for over 10 years in 50 & 100  Freestyle.  She is currently a Masters swimmer with National Qualifying times.

Betsy hall Patterson

Betsy is the head coach at the Sandia pool branch of DCA.

Born and raised in Baton Rouge, LA (1 of 14 children).  LSU Graduate, 1982; AAU Swimmer age 6-18.  Married 26 years to Charlie Patterson; mother of 3 adult children (Ashley, Jennifer and David).

Moved to Albuquerque July 1985.  Began coaching January 1992 with Duke City Aquatics (Sandia pool).  Sandia High School head swim/dive coach since 2002.
