the coaches are here to support your needs. If your questions
are related to workouts, meets, events, goal setting, and other
swimming related needs, please contact your
athletes coach. For all questions related to administrative
issues, such as dues or policies, please contact our Head
Coach Tim Manley.
Coach Tim is the
Owner and Head Coach of Rogue Sharks Swimming, he moved
to the Rogue Valley in August of 2008 with his wife Char and
his two boy's Adon (11 years) and Mason (2 years). Coach Tim
is a science-based coach who believes technical skills and training
at the appropriate intensity are far more important than
training volume.

Cheyenne began coaching with the Rogue Sharks in September of
2010. She initially started coaching to fulfill some
requirements for her degree at SOU which she completed!

We liked her so much that we asked her to stay and she
accepted! Cheyenne has experience from being a swimmer for
the Eagle Point H.S. Swim Team, she has also raced BMX
competitively! Cheyenne is Married to her husband "Ryan" and
lives in Medford! According to Tucker, she's "the fastest 100
breaststroke swimmer in the world!" Cheyenne is also a
manager for the "Human Bean" and she makes a great "Irish Cream
Caramel Mocha!"
Michelle
Frangipaniis the Head Site
Coach for the SOU McNeal Pool location, she was previously Head JV
coach for Jesuit H.S. in Portland for the past 2 years.
Michelle has a B.S. in Physical Activity and Exercise, she
is also a certified EMT. Michelle has a passion for teaching
technique prior to training swimmers and is running a successful
growing program in Ashland!
