Adam J Friedman
Head Coach
This is Adam’s fourth year as the Head coach for the
Tsunamis’. Adam volunteered and assisted TSC in 2006. He is a
sprint technique focused coach. Currently he is a Member of the
Maryland Coaches Association and USA Coaches Association he is also
Certified USA Swim Coach Level 1.
Adam has been a competitive swimmer since age 7. He has swam for
multiple teams over the course of his athletic Career which
include, Kenmont Summer Swim Team 12 Years, White Oak Swim Club 4
years, C url Burke 5 years. Adam also swam at his local High School
John F. Kennedy all four years where he was a state champion in
1986 and 1987. He attended College at UCSD ( University of
California San Diego ) where he swam for two years. He has been a
USMS TCY Master Swimmer , where he has Qualified for the 2006 and
2008 FINA World Masters Championships and attended the 2006 Fina
World Masters Championship.
Adam has been a Volunteer Assistant Coaches for the Talbot YMCA
Youth Team and a ssisting the boys and girls swim team at Easton
High School. He is also one of the Coaches for the TCY Masters
Team.
Adam has three daughters swimming for the Tsunami’s.
