Coach Tracy Mundy Squires has been coaching for the past 23 years. She has played a key part of three successful coaching staffs in the past 12 years in the gulf area. Coach Tracy has also been an integral part of the business management of these teams. She is proficient in team manager, business manager and datamax computer programs. In the past year she has coached swimmers to 3 National Records, 8 State Records, 12 Gulf Records, 14 TAGS Records, and the Texas Age Group State Championship. Coach Tracy has also coached numerous Top 16 swimmers, several #1 rankings in the nation, and Jr National qualifiers. Tracy has also been a private stroke technician for an Olympic Trial swimmer. She helps swimmers maximize their potential by building a strong foundation of proper stroke mechanics. Coach Tracy has been an active member of her LSC through select coaching of the Gulf All-Star team, Gulf Zone team and various LSC camps.
Tracy is no foreigner to success in swimming. She began swimming at the age of 7 and continued her career with many state titles and high point awards. Tracy was very successful at the National level and achieved Olympic trials status the year USA boycotted the Olympics then moved on to college swimming.
In her spare time, she enjoys house projects, spending time with her family, and traveling,

Barbara has been teaching and coaching in and around the Houston area for over 36 years. Her passion is swimming instruction and working with the first few levels of swim team. She started competitive swimming very late, at age 14, in the Northwest Aquatic League. She had already been teaching swimming for 3 years at that time, so it was pretty easy. She competed summer league for 4 years and was a Ponderosa finalist every year. She also swim High School under Olympic Coach, George Campbell, who she later ran a year round swim school for.

Barbara Harold comes to us from the Northside of Houston where she has most recently been the head coach of the Texas Terrapins swim team and previous to that was the aquatics manager at Fleet. She developed the Fleet FIRST program which helped the team grow. Barbara has been teaching and coaching in and around the Houston area for over 36 years. Barbara also swam High School under Olympic Coach, George Campbell and later ran a year round swim school for him. Barbara will be working with our entry level program in Sienna along with our lesson program. We are excited to have Barbara as a part of SPA. WELCOME!
 

Coach Smith started coaching with the Alif Aquatic Club
in the spring of 1997 as the Head Learn to Swim instructor.

In the fall of 1998 he bacame an assistant under coaches
Bill Bailey, and Meredith May at FCST. He worked with all
levels of swimmers between the ages of 8-15 and specialized
in technique.

He was one of the first coaches with SPA in 2005 and has
worked with all levels Dolphin and up. Since joining Spa he
has earned his ASCA level 2 certification

Coach Smith’s is an incredibly knowledgable coach who specializes
doing things right.

We are excited to have him working with all levels so all
swimmers may gain the benefit of his knowledge and expertise.
