Masters

The North Whidbey Masters (NWM) is an adult competitive swimming program of the North Whidbey Park and Recreation District. Team members are age 19 and older and have a range of ambitions from skill enhancement, to fitness, to competitive preparation. We welcome all ability levels from beginners to national record holders. To meet their individual needs, swimmers are encouraged to modify practices by changing send-off, repeat number, interval, and stroke.

Practices are MWF, noon to 1:15 p.m.; MTTh 5:30 a.m. to 7 a.m.; and Saturdays 8-10 a.m. There are no skill requirements other than a desire to improve. Interested swimmers can drop in on a practice to observe and/or try or to talk to one of the coaches.  First two weeks are free.  Call head coach Neil Romney at 675-7665 for more information.
