Entry Limit
Swimmers will be limited to four (4) individual events per day plus one (1) relay per session. All entries are to be submitted in short course yards (no meters or conversions, please). This meet will be limited to the first 500 swimmers.  The OPEN 400 IM, 500 Free and OPEN 1000 Free may be limited to the top 24 or 32 swimmers positively checked in by the deadline announced on the days those events are offered.  If the timeline allows for additional heats, additional heats will be swum.  If necessary the meet director reserves the right to limit participation in other selected events, or adjusting the "maximum number of events per session", in order to maintain a meet of reasonable time duration.  Clubs may check with the entry chairperson on the Wednesday before the meet to determine if entries will be limited.  If requested, fees will be refunded at the meet if swimmers are not able to compete for this reason.

Check-in may be required for all events that are 200 yards or greater. All other events will be pre-seeded.

Deck Entries
Deck entries will be permitted only at the discretion of the Meet Director for a $6 per individual event fee ($10 for relays).  If a swimmer is not previously entered in the meet, then the swimmer must show proof of registration for the current season and pay the applicable $2 Ohio Swimming, Inc. surcharge in addition to any event fees.

There will be no clerk-of-course or ‘bullpen’ for the 9-10, 10 & under, 11-12, 13-14 and OPEN events. All events will be announced over the loudspeaker. There will be a ‘bullpen’ and event call during the morning for 8 & Under swimmers only unless the coaches mutually agree to not use this procedure. Swimmers 9 and up should report directly to the starting blocks for their events. Any swimmer, morning or afternoon session that leaves the pool area is responsible for returning to the pool area for their event.

Awards and Scoring
This meet is an age group format meet.  Ribbons will be awarded for first thru twelfth place (1st thru 3rd for relays) for all 12 & under events. No ribbons will be awarded for 13 & over events. Heat Ribbons will be given in all 12 & Under age groups. In addition, a High Point Award will be presented to the swimmer who compiles the most points in their age group for the 6-Un, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and OPEN age groups (points earned in another age division do not count towards High Point Awards but do count towards team scoring and individual placing for awards.  Ex:  An 8-Un swimmer cannot use points earned in the 10-Un events for
high point scoring.  For the 13-14 age group, points earned in the OPEN 400 IM and OPEN 1000 Free will count towards individual High Point Awards.  Team scoring will follow standard USA rules for the number of competition lanes used and scoring for relays will include a maximum of an A and B relay only, however all relays will be subject to awards.

The facilities at Wright State University include a six-lane pool, Colorado Timing System, and horn start. There is a large spectator area with a clear view of the pool. A food court is located in the Student Union near the pool with several vendors offering a variety of foods. Hospitality for coaches and workers will be available in a separate room. In addition, a coin-operated arcade is available to spectators and swimmers during the meet.
Use of audio or visual recording devices, including a cell phone, is not permitted in changing areas, rest rooms or locker rooms.
