Onsite Registration and swimmer assessment for Summer 2009 season will be at the Oak Forest High School pool from 11am to 2pm.  Cash or Checks only accepted at the onsite registration.  Credit Card enrollments will have to be completed on this website.  Attached are documents that will be need to be completed and submitted with enrollement.
