Socal WAG Qualifier BRW Meet |
|
Description
On November 7th & 8th, we will
be hosting our first home meet of the season. The meet is
scheduled to take place at Tustin High School. At this
time, I’m asking all families to help make this meet a
success by volunteering your time. Hosting meets allows our
club to fulfill its annual fundraising objectives as well as
facilitate future equipment purchases.
Please remember that in accordance with your
work commitment to SOCAL, every family is required to sign up to
work even if you do not have a swimmer participating in the
meet. All families are asked to sign up for 2 sessions during the
meet, this can be a combination of mornings or afternoons. All
positions will be first come so please sign up early to ensure you
are able to work during a time that is convenient for
you.
Additionally, if you do not volunteer, a
position will be assigned to you. You will be contacted with
that information. Regrettably, failure to comply with your
work commitment will result in a monetary fine from SOCAL
Aquatics.
Attached is a description of the jobs
available. You may respond to me by email or phone to sign
up. I can be reached at (714)318-4525 or by email at
vincefv@cox.net. Job sign up can be done online on the
Socal Website, There will also be a sign up sheet posted on
deck.
Through your consideration, all of our SOCAL
swimmers benefit.
Thank you,
