$5/swimmer surcharge; $3/individual
event; $2/relay
Meet fees will appear on your next monthly invoice and will be due
by the 5th of the following month along with your swim team
dues. There are no
refunds after the entry has been submitted regardless of whether or
not the athlete participates.
To Enter:
Click on "Attend
this Event" in the upper right hand corner of this page.
Click the member name you wish to enter.
Select the drop-down to enter the athlete "Yes, please sign
[swimmer] up for this event."
Click on "Save Changes" button
Note: If an athlete is swimming only one day please
indicate that in the "notes" box on the athlete sign-up page.
Similarly, if your athlete needs to arrive late or leave early,
please write us a note to that effect. Our default mode is to enter
athletes in as many events as they are allowed, available for, and
able to swim with some proficiency. If we do not receive written notice regarding
availability restrictions, we will enter the full
slate.
For those of you who are
requesting specific events, this aspect of the process is separate
and distinct from indicating session availability. Your checking
events in only one session may or may not mean you are available
for only that session. Because we can’t infer your intent
from this inherently ambiguous act, we need you to write out your
availability restrictions in the notes box.
