Attractions: It is a new—and
exciting—format. There will be a prelim/final format for
11-and-older (12-and-unders choosing this format must have at least
one Senior PNS Gold time) athletes each day with two heats of
finals for each event and an entry limit of 3/day. In between
prelims and finals will be a pentathlon for younger age groups
(10-and-under on Saturday; 11-12 on Sunday). 11-12 swimmers
participating in the open prelim/final competition on Sunday may
not also swim in the pentathlon Sunday. This is the first time PNS
has offered a prelim/final format for a non-PNS Champs meet. It is
an astute addition to the program. The only downside is that they
dropped relays.
Target groups are all non-PNS
qualifiers. This is a great opportunity for our less-experienced
swimmers to contend for top places.

$5/swimmer surcharge; $3/individual
event
Meet fees will appear on your next monthly invoice and will be due
by the 5th of the following month along with your swim team
dues. There are no
refunds after the entry has been submitted regardless of whether or
not the athlete participates.
To
Enter:
Click on "Attend this Event" in the upper right hand corner of this
page.
Click the member name you wish to enter.
Select the drop-down to enter the athlete "Yes, please sign
[swimmer] up for this event."
Click on "Save Changes" button
Note: If an athlete is swimming only one day
please indicate that in the "notes" box on the athlete sign-up
page. Similarly, if your athlete needs to arrive late or leave
early, please write us a note to that effect. Our default mode is
to enter athletes in as many events as they are allowed, available
for, and able to swim with some proficiency. If we do not
receive written notice regarding availability restrictions, we will
enter the full slate.
