ITINERARY:
Leave- 5:15 pm on Friday, November 6th
from NOVA parking lot.
Swimmers need to be in the parking lot no later
than 5:00 pm.
Swimmers need to bring dinner to eat on the road
on Friday.
Return- ETA at NOVA is approx. 3:30 pm Sunday, November
8th.
Swimmers will call home to confirm ETA.
MEET FORMAT/
EVENTS: 13/14’s
will swim a morning session on Saturday, the relay session Saturday
evening, and the morning session on Sunday.
APPROXIMATE
COST: $95 + meet entry fees (actual cost will
be billed after the trip)
This
cost
includes:
Hotel for 2 nights
Van transportation
Breakfast Sat and Sun
One team meal – probably lunch on Sunday
PAYMENT:
Actual trip costs will be billed after the
trip.
FOOD/MONEY: Swimmers will need to bring money for
to pay for one lunch and one dinner. Additional money for
personal extras, such as extra snacks/drinks during the meet, meet
t-shirts, etc., is left to your discretion.

WHAT TO
PACK: This is
a van trip, and very important that everyone pack
lightly. Pack in duffel-type bags – NO HARD-SIDED
SUITCASES!
