GENERAL INFORMATION: This will be a van trip
for swimmers in SDG-AM, who are notattending Tom Dolan. The meet
includes a distance session on Friday afternoon, with trials
and
finals on Saturday and Sunday.
ITINERARY:
Friday, December 4: Leave from NOVA at 12:45 PM
Swimmers need to be at NOVA by 12:30 PM
Bring lunch to eat on the road, or eat before you come.
We will not stop for lunch.
Swim at Friday distance session.
Saturday, December 5: Trials and finals
Sunday, December 6: Trials and finals.
All vans will return after finals on Sunday.
*** Swimmers need to bring money for lunches, and one
dinner.
HOW TO SIGN UP: Commit on-line to sign-up for the meet,
and e-mail Leigh to sign-up for the trip.
Sign-ups are due no later than Thursday, November 19th.
A $40 non-refundabledeposit will be billed once you sign-up.
If you sign-up and your swimmer cannot go at the last minute,
you must let bothLeigh and Scott Campbell know that prior to the
trip,
to avoid additional charges.
APPROXIMATE COST: $140 + meet entry fees
(final cost will be billed after the trip)
