Travel information
for upcoming sectional meet in Long Beach December
18-22:
1)
All costs will be shared equally by all
swimmers
2)
Swimmers will room with
swimmers - no exceptions
3)
All swimmers will
travel together to and from the hotel to the pool
daily
4)
All sectional fees will
be paid in advance
5)
Swimmers and parents
are responsible for payment of their own entry
fees.
6)
All unpaid balances
must be current and paid in full by November 1 for your
swimmer to be eligible to compete at this sectional
meet.

Neptune swimming
has 15 rooms reserved (6 for athletes & coaches)…(9 for
parents & family members) For reservations please advise your
guests to call either the Courtyard Long Beach Hotel at (562)
435-8511 or Central Reservations at (800) 321-2211 and ask for the
Neptunes Swim Team group rate. All rooms are 2 queen beds at $89.00
per night.
Since the sleeping rooms are
subject to availability, please advise your guests to make
reservations at their earliest convenience, but no later than on
Friday, November 27, 2009.
