HEAT SHEET W/ TIMELINE

TIMER INFO: Swimmers must provide their own timer and counter, if desired. Lanes with no timer go unprotected.

Warm-up: 3:30PM (there will be lanes in the dive tank open through the meet)
Time: 4:00-7:30PM (heats will be run in both tanks and a detailed timeline will be made available)

NOTE: The timeline will provide you with an approximate start time to your specific heat. As a general rule you will want to be at KCAC no later than 1 hour before the start of your heat. Make sure you double check what time your coach wants you on the deck
