Our
team’s goal for the 2009 Swim-A-Thon is to raise
$4,500.00
to
purchase new timing touch pads.

bowling 4-6 pm
at Lakeshore Lanes

SW, Albany. Bowling is free.
Dinner can be ordered
from the concession in the bowling area
or from the adjoining
the Favorite Mistake Restaurant
Prizes
Twice during our
swim-a-thon, we will find out how we are doing towards our$4500 goal and
record it on our pledge thermometer in the office window
by the girl’s locker room. Each time swimmers will write
down the total amount of pledge dollars they have gathered on a
slip of paper and put them into a collection box on deck. A
couple of parent volunteers will separate the pledges into the four
groups: Seniors, Juniors, Novice 1 and Novice 2. The group
with the highest pledge total each of the two tally days (Oct 7th
and 14th), will be rewarded the next practice with a fun day
(Oct 8th) or ice cream social (Oct 15th).
We will also reward
the prizes listed below to swimmers at the end of the Swim-a-thon,
when all the pledges have been collected and the pledge packet and
money have been turned into the Swim-a-thon committee.

be at our November 6-8th swim meet at our pool. They sell
everything swim team oriented and can size you for a
suit. Team suits (remember NAVY blue by any manufacturer, is
our team suit)

is the company that embroidery sweat jackets, bags, shirts, hats,
parkas, towels, chairs and more with a team logo and/or
name…you can buy what you want embroidered or have her find
it for you. And you can choose exactly what you want
done.
