Description
Sign-ups are now available for
the 2009 Kansas City Splashdown. This meet will be held at
the Gladstone Community Center in Gladstone. It is a great
pool that usually results in some fast swimming. A
few notes about the meet:
- Maximum of four events
entered per day; maximum of two events on Friday (except
8U)
- Ribbons for the top 10
in each event and the top 3 in relays
- Trophy for the "Fastest
Human"- awarded to 1st place in the 50 Free for all age
groups
- Trophy for the "Endurance
Award"- awarded to 1st place in 8U 50 Fly, 9-10 and 11-12 100
Fly, 13-14 500 Free, Open 1000 Free
- 8U have their own
events
- Relays!!!!!!!!
Let's have a huge turnout.
Get signed up before the deadline. Remember to be challenging
yourself with some of the events that you haven't tried this
season. Also don't forget your IMX challenge events
(listed below):
- 10U: 100 Fly, 100 Back, 100
Breast, 200 IM, 200 Free
- 11-12: 100 Fly, 100 Back, 100
Breast, 200 IM, 500 Free
- 13-14: 200 Fly, 200 Back, 200
Breast, 200 IM, 400 IM, 500 Free
- 15-18: 200 Fly, 200 Back, 200
