Date: Saturday and Sunday, November 7th and 8th, 2009

Groups: All National and Senior Group Swimmers (Depending on possible time standards)

This meet begins that slow climb to sectional and national meets. This allows swimmers to compare themselves to compete with some of the best swimmers in Metro Swimming.
