This meet consists of five
sessions, Friday afternoon through Sunday afternoon. Most swimmers
will only participate in two, 3 ½ hour sessions, either Sat.
& Sun. morning or Sat. & Sun. afternoon. The Friday
afternoon session consists of the longer events. This meet is
suitable for all of our swimmers. Swimmers can compete in a maximum
of five individual events per day, there are no relays events.
Entry fees are $4.00 per event ($5.00 per distance event) plus a
$7.00 participation fee. This meet will fill up very fast and we
will get shut out if we don’t have our entries in quickly.
Please declare which session(s) your swimmer will be competing in.
Declaration deadline 9/30/09.

Warm-up 5:30 PM, Meet 6:15 PM. 400 IM & 1000 Free.
Session 2: Saturday AM, Warm-up 9:40 AM, Meet 10:05
AM. 10 & unders, 13 & 14s
Session 3:Saturday PM,
Warm-up 2:40 PM, Meet 3:05 PM. 11 & 12s, 15 &
older
Session 4: Sunday AM, Warm-up 8:20 AM, Meet 9:05
AM. 10 & unders, 13 & 14s
Session 5: Sunday PM, Warm-up 1:20 PM, Meet 2:05
