Entries must be received by 5:00 PM Friday, November 6, 2009
Entries:
1) Submit YARD TIMES only for seeding.
2) Submit entries on Hy-Tek
meet management software formatted
diskette. Please included a printout of
your entries. Be sure the printout
matches what is on the disk.
3) Entries may be e-mailed
and the disk & hard copy sent via courier. For teams without
Hy-Tek, please complete the enclosed master entry form using yard
times for each event. Enter relay times
on relay forms.
Entry Limits:
Swimmers may enter a maximum of three individual events, plus 3
relays. A maximum of 250 swimmers will
be accepted.
Entry Fees:
$3.00 Oregon Swimming, Inc. surcharge per swimmer
$2.00 per individual
event
$8.00 per relay entry
Entry fees Must accompany
master entry form.
Eligibility:
Members of invited teams. Swimmers must
be currently registered with U. S. Swimming. NO ON DECK
REGISTRATION SHALL BE PERMITTED. Swimmers must be within the listed
age as of November 21, 2009.
Facility:
Indoor Pool, 25 yards, 6 lanes, 7 feet per lane. Starting blocks at deep end of pool (12
feet). Automatic timing systems with
touch pads and backup buttons. Parking
available, seating for about 100 spectators.
Swim venue includes:
Men’s & Women’s locker rooms with access onto the
pool deck. Pool deck open to swimmers,
coaches and officials only. Space is
available in the multi-purpose room.
Facility has access for adaptive swimmers.
Hospitality:
Hot and cold drinks will be provided for the coaches, timers and
deck officials. Breakfast and lunch
will be provided for deck officials and coaches.
Concessions:
Food and snacks will be served throughout the meet. The kitchen is
located beside the multi-purpose room.
Vendors:
Limited aquatic Supplies will be available in the main lobby. No swimsuit vendor
will be on site.
Restrictions:
Tobacco products of any kind, alcoholic beverages, and glass
containers are not allowed in the swimming venue. No street shoes are permitted on deck.

Rules:
Current USA Swimming and Oregon Swimming Inc. rules will govern the meet.
Safety:
Current Oregon Swimming Safety guidelines and warm-up procedures
will be in effect and strictly enforced.
Bull
Pen:
A bullpen will be provided for all 8 & under swimmers. All other swimmers shall report directly to
their assigned lanes.

Open
events will be swum together and awarded by age groups.
Awards will be available for
collection by a team coach or representative at the completion of
the meet.
Heat
Sheets:
Will be available for sale at the pool office. Coaches’ packets will include heat sheets,
relays slips and evaluation forms.
Please complete a meet evaluation form at the end of the
meet.
Meetings:
Coaches meeting will be held 15 minutes prior to the start of the
meet. Officials meeting will be held 45
minutes prior to the start of the meet.
