Description

Below is the A/B format for the November meet in Poway.  Please do not sign up for relays, we will deck enter them at the team meeting each day.  Please note that 8/U events are only on Sunday.   PLEASE BE ON TIME!!!  Warm-up time, team timing assignments and the timeline are posted below.

The entries as I received them are posted below.  If there are any omissions or errors, please e mail me by the Wed prior to the meet.  The sooner the better.  Thanks..

A/B meet important information:

We have timing responsibilities in lanes 4 and 5 both days.  There will be a sign up sheet under the team tarp.  Can anyone help take the tarps out Fri night??  Amanda has 1 team one that will arrive Sat am, but I am afraid if we don't claim a spot with 650 athletes and families there, we won't get one.  Please if you are going out Friday night, consider taking a tarp or 2.  Thanks

Warm-up Fri:  4:00 pm.  Only those of you in the Fri night event please.  Check in first and then be ready to warm-up at 4:00 pm.  The entire Fri night event is over at 7:30 pm.

Warm-up Sat:  7:00 am in the water!!!!  Please check in after warm-ups as check in will not open until 7 and we need you in the water!!!  Team meeting is at 8:15 am on Sat under the team tarps.  Please do not miss it.  Be thinking if you want to be on a relay.  All relays are $3.00 each and we need to have the cards turned in by 10 am!!!  The timeline for the end of the 500's on Sat is 4:45 pm.

Warm-up Sun  7:55 am.  We will have our team meeting at 7:30 am.  We want everyone to check in before the team meeting.   Please do not miss it.  Be thinking if you want to be on a relay.  All relays are $3.00 each and we need to have the cards turned in by 10 am!!!  The timeline for the end of the 400 IM's on Sun is 4:15 pm.

All freestyle events 500 and longer will be swum fastest to slowest alternating girls and boys.

Come prepared for a long day, have water and other fluids to drink (no soda).  Have food that is easy to digest.  Bring plenty of towel, cards, games, homework and patience!!!
