Meet starts at 9:00am
Sunday, November 8, 2009-warm-ups at 7:45-8:15 am in Lane 6, 7, and 8
Meet starts 9:00 a.m.

After each warm up, make sure to hang out with the Coach for last minute words of Wisdom and our Team Cheer!
