Nutritional Seminar for Senior Swimmers and Parents

Description

Theresa Donnan, former National-level swimmer, now certified Personal Trainer and Metabolic and Nutritional Consultant, will be coming to speak to USSC parents and Senior Swimmers, Friday, November 13th at Eisenhower High School. Parents will meet with Theresa 5:30-6:30pm, with Senior athletes meeting with her 6:30-7:30pm.  This is an excellent opportunity to ask the questions you’ve always wanted to with regards to Nutrition.  A small healthy snack for all athletes who attend will be provided.  Please declare your attendance online by Friday, November 6th, so we can have an accurate count.
