Description

Misty Hyman swim clinic: On the Saturday after thanksgiving (November 28^th), 2000 Olympic Gold Medalist, Misty Hyman will be here to work with our swimmers. The clinics will be at the Puyallup pool. The morning session will be for Gold and Gold II swimmers and the afternoon will be geared at silver, bronze, and blue swimmers.

Location: Puyallup High School Pool

AM Session #1: Gold/Gold II swimmers 8-11:00 AM (working on advanced mental training and toughness, using walls, technique)

PM Session #2: silver swimmers 11:45-1:15 ( goal setting,working on swimming techniques, using walls)

Pm Session #3: bronze and blue swimmers 1:30-2:30 PM (swimming technique)
