Of Note…

The dome occupancy inspection has not yet happened, therefore no afternoon swimming practice today (but we will still do weights 6-7 pm). We will have a morning practice tomorrow, either at DDHS or both DD and MHAC. We will let everyone know this evening at weights, followed up with an e-mail tonight.

Week of November 2   

Monday  5:30-7 am (weights)

Tuesday 5:30-7:15 am at DDHS, 3-5 pm at DDHS 

Wednesday 5:30-7:15 am at DDHS, Weights 6-7 pm

Thursday 5:30-7:15 am at DDHS, 4-6:30 pm at MHAC (includes dryland)

Friday 4-6 pm at MHAC
