Parents,
We are hosting practice from 7:45-10:00am on Saturday morning
for AG3 and above. We will then caravan over to Subway off
the Dayton Ave. exit on Highway 30, then finally end up at the
Girls High School State meet in Marshalltown.
Cost is $8 to be taken at the door.
The meet will run from 12:00pm until about 3:30-4:00pm.
We would like all swimmers that attend Saturday practice to
attend this event, but we need swimmers to arrange their own
rides. Coach Lucas and Coach Aron have discussed that it
might be a liability for us to drive swimmers to the meet.
So, please work things out. This is an excellent opportunity
for our swimmers to get excited about High School swimming, support
ACAC swimmers, and have fun bonding with teammates in the stands.
Please send extra money with your swimmer if you have arranged a
ride for them as they will need to eat lunch and possibly have a
snack during the meet.
