EBAT ANNUAL HOLIDAY PARTY

What will the team be providing?
The team will be providing Turkey, Ham, and Drinks (Punch & Coffee).
Cake will be provided by the Dionisio and Yamashita family.
What should parents bring?
For the last names A to M: Please bring a salad of some type enough for 15 people.
For the last names N to Z: Please bring a hot dish that will go with the Turkey and Ham.
What can parents help with?
The party committee will need all parent volunteers at Five Canyons Club House by 4:30 p.m. to help set up and decorate. Please arrive on time to help set up the tables, chairs, and decorations. We will need to set up the clubhouse Christmas tree. We will also need to have ALL families help with cleaning up and tearing down after the party. We would like to have at least 6 parents committed to ensuring everything is cleaned up before we leave. Please contact Edwina or Vangie if you can help with this critical task.

Gift Exchange
SWIMMERS:
REMEMBER that if your swimmer is participating in the gift exchange there will be someone sitting at the door to collect your child’s gift so he/she can participate. The gift value should be between $10.00 and $15.00 (unisex).
