Dec 4 ~ 6, 2009 - Senior meet

This is a meet has a time standard that is equal to 13/14 A times.  If you have times faster than these times this meet is appropriate for you.  Otherwise you can attend the B/C meet in Dec.

Dec 5, 2009 - 12/U Pentathlon

Below is the format for the 12/U A Pentathlon.  You need to have 2 A times in 2 different strokes to qualify for this event.  You must swim all 5 events to be eligible for awards.
