The new FAST t-shirts will be available for sale on deck at the Janet Evans Swim Complex this Wed. July 1^st.  4pm.

The new logo shirts in blue as well as white will be available. 

Cost:

All youth sizes are $15.00 per shirt.

All sales are final, no returns or exchanges.  Know your sizes, don’t buy a shirt that does not fit.  FAST will not exchange or replace wrong sized shirts. 

FAST Masters swimmer Tamas Kerekjarto sets new World Record at the Mission Viejo Long Course Masters meet!

The Mission Viejo Nadadores Long Course Masters Meet was the first meet since Tamas started swimming for the FAST Masters team. Tamas broke the 200m IM long course World Record* in the 30-34 age group. Tamas posted a time of 2:07.92, shaving nearly 1 second off the previous world record set by Nicolas Granger in July, 2000. He was also close in breaking the world record in the 200m free and the 100m free at this meet. More ...

Two FAST Athletes have been selected to the USA Swimming West Region Select Camp

USA Swimming has established regional camps to further teach, train and develop up and coming swimmers that USA Swimming believes have the potential to further their swimming excellence to achieve Jr., National and beyond time standards. The weekend camp will take place at Soka University   in Laguna Hills Ca.  During their time at camp athletes will learn more about stroke technique, proper nutrition, how to take care of your body on and off the pool deck as well as interaction with coach’s and athletes from around the western area.  Athletes selected by USA swimming are done so by their IMX event scoring and achieved times within their age group.
