PRACTICE UPDATE: Thursday 7/2:

There will be NO morning practice. Thursday afternoon practice will be held at Adventure Bay pool at 5:00pm for all groups. INT and ADV groups will practice for the full 90 mins or 2hrs depending upon available space. Please confirm practice finish times at the start of practice. Starts & Turns Clinic IIb (Hi Level) will be held from 4:00-5:00pm at Adventure Bay.

 SUMMER SWIM PROGRAMS:

Ultimate Swimming has been working with Hillside’s Memorial Park District to develop the following Aquatic Programs at Adventure Bay Pool. Many programs are taught by our qualified coaches and senior team swimmers. Clicking on the program name will take you to Memorial Park District’s website for more information 

Youth Swim Lessons:  youth 4-5 yrs Intro to swimming; Youth 6 years and up

Youth Swim programs: Swim Team, Pre-Team, Stroke Clinic 

Adult Swim Programs: Lap Swim, Masters, Aqua Exercise
