The North County Aquatics formed in 1997 when the Paso Robles
Swim Club combined with the Atascadero Swim Club to be more
competitive as a United States and Southern California Swimming
team. During the past 2 years the program has expanded to include
more opportunities in the sport and fitness of swimming for North
San Luis Obispo County communities. Today the NCA boasts a national
level swim team while continuing to offer recreational activities
such as adult lap swimming, seasonal high school conditioning,
swimming lessons and a summer league recreational team.
NCA currently swims in the Paso Robles Municipal Pool, a 6 lane,
twenty five yard pool with adjacent diving well, and the Paso
Robles Centennial Park Pool, a kidney shaped pool with three
thirty-five yard lanes which is sometimes home to NCA's fall and
spring lesson programs.
The North County Aquatics, a non-profit club, is run by its elected
Board of Directors which meets each month. All members are welcome
at each meeting and encouraged to be involved in team activities
and fundraisers.
We are constantly growing and training young swimmers to
maintain a well rounded competitive swim team. Thank you for
joining us. We are looking forward to meeting you. Please feel free
to ask another member or coach any question
you may have.
