W elcome to CAAT! 

Central Area Aquatic Team (CAAT) is a year-round swim club dedicated to providing swimming opportunities to members of our community in Seattle’s Central Area, and to all seeking a diverse, fun, challenging environment in which to learn and train. CAAT is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization and is a member of USA Swimming and Pacific Northwest Swimming. We are a community based nonprofit which seeks to keep fees affordable for our members and thus depends on volunteer support from our parents. CAAT swims at the Medgar Evers Pool, next to Garfield High School, Seattle. Swimmers range in age from 6-18 and compete at various levels at local and regional age group swimming events. Swimmers are assigned to age and ability appropriate practice groups by the coaching staff. Swimmers interested in joining CAAT are invited to swim for a week on a trial basis.
