No practice this Friday!
There will not be any practice this Friday, July 3rd ! Have a wonderful long holiday weekend. We hope to see you at the parade. 

4th of July Parade in Downtown Clayton
Start planning your “attire” now!  The parade theme is “Clayton Celebrates the Red, White, & Blue”.  Let’s show the town how much spirit our team has. Meet at the team banner before 9.30 AM. Bring flags and stars to wave and make sure to have water to drink with you! 

10 & Unders Movie Event on Mon 7/6 @ 3.50 PM
Come and see Ice Age - Dawn of the Dinosaurs this coming Monday @ 3.50 Pm at the Pleasant Hill Century Theater. Meet at 3.40 PM at the snack bar. 

Battle of the Ages
It was a HOT meet !  And there was nothing hotter than an Otter, as Dana Hills WON the meet for the second time ever!! 

Congratulations to all of the DHST swimmers who contributed to our victory, and additional congratulations to Emily Sivok, who took High Point for the 17 year old girls, and Justine Trimble, who High Pointed in the 12 year old girls division.  Way to go!

Important Pentathlon Updates
Donations of Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Sprite and bottled water are now being accepted for Pentathlon.  We want to thank you in advance for this. It is very difficult for our shoppers to transport the hundreds of pounds of drinks that are used at this meet.  We ask that you only bring the brands listed above. You can bring them to your age group practice and leave them at the snack shack window. 

Cheer on your swimmer by sponsoring an event at Pentathlon.  Your swimmer will see their name in the program and get a "shout out" at the meet prior to the event you sponsor. See Misty Nimr or email her at mistyrkn@yahoo.com. Don’t forget about your Little Buddies, Big Buddies, Babysitters, best friends, etc. It’s a fun way to cheer on the swimmers by sending them a special message!

If you are unable to attend a swim meet, please be sure to sign out online.  Sign-outs will be closing on the following dates:

Devil Mountain Pentathlon (home) on July 11-12 -- Sign-outs closed on Tuesday, June 30.
Woodlands Invitational on July 25-26 -- Sign-outs close on Wednesday, July 8.
Crossings Challenge Invitational on July 25 -- Sign-outs close on Thursday, July 9.
Pleasant Hill Dolfins ’A’ meet (away) on July 15 -- Sign-outs close on Friday, July 10.
East County Full Team meet (away) on July 18 -- Sign-outs close on Monday, July 13.
League Meet on August 1-2 -- Sign-outs close on Wednesday, July 15.
Woodlands Full Team dual meet (home) on July 22 -- Sign-outs close on Friday, July 17.
City Meet on August 6-8 -- Sign-outs close on Friday, July 17.
County Meet on August 14-15 -- Sign-outs close on Thursday, August 6.

Remember that it is assumed you will attend all meets and you must sign out of meets you plan to miss. If you do not sign out of an invitational meet (like Battle of the Ages or League Meet) and fail to show, a $25 fine will be assessed per swimmer (to cover registration costs) and that swimmer will not be allowed to swim until the fine is paid.
