Our club is a USA Swimming year round competitive swim team based in the New York Capital District / Mid-Hudson Valley area offering high quality professional coaching and technical instruction for all ages and abilities. We typically practice at the Bethlehem High School and Albany Academy swimming pools.

THE DOLFINS ARE HOSTING A FREE COMPETITIVE SWIM CLINIC AUGUST 9-12 AT THE BETHLEHEM TOWN POOL FROM 8:00-9:30 A.M. FOR SWIMMERS AGES 7-12.  CONTACT US FOR REGISTRATION (WHICH IS LIMITED) AND MORE INFORMATION ON THE CLINIC.
