Welcome to Edmonton Keyano Swim Club

The Edmonton Keyano Swim Club would like to welcome all new and returning members to the 2009/10 season.  

Our club is dedicated to developing swimmers to their ultimate potential, and has proven that through 30 years of national and international success.  To provide this, we offer nationally-certified coaching at 4 locations throughout the city of Edmonton with programs aimed towards swimmers of all abilities.

Bear Sightings:
  • Congratulations to Lydia Schramm for signing with the University of Pacific Tigers for the 2010/11 season.
  • Congtratulations to Lili Margitai for her high point award at the Cascade Speed Meet.
  • Kier Maitland comes up big again remaining undeafted this season in the 500 & 1000 yard Free, leading the UNLV Rebels to wins over Wisconsin and Arizona State.
  • Congratulations to Kier Maitland for being named "Mountain West Athlete of the Week" for his results in the 500 & 1000 Free last weekend. 
  • Great job to all the Bears who raced in Saskatoon.  A special congrats to our high point winners! Kara Folk, Kyle Folk, Lili Margitai, Devon Bibault & Nick Kostiuk.
  • Congratulations to Chantell Widney for her 4th place finish at the Canadian 10KM Road Championships in Toronto.
  • Congratulations to Norma Lachance for being selected as Team Manager for Team Alberta competing at Youth Cup in Etobicoke in early December.
  • Congratulations to Colleen Marchese for being selected as Team Manager for Swim Canada’s Prospect Team Tour to the Canada Cup in Toronto, Nov 24-30.
