NRG Swimming is a year-round United States Swimming (USA) club, with programs designed for all levels of competitive swimming, from the firstyear beginner, to the adult master swimmer. Our groups range from the Mini I group for children just beginning their competitive swim career practicing 1 hour a day 3 times a week with an option to compete at meets, to our Senior Atomic group, our highest level swimmers who train vigorously in pursuit of qualification for the Elite Sectional and Jr. and Sr. Championship Meets.
