Attention: All SABW Swimmers!  You are invited to a Starts and Turns Clinic this Saturday.

When: Saturday, November 7th from 12:30-2:00pm
Where: Shawnee Mission East High School, 75th & Mission Rd. at the West north entrance near the track
Cost:  $15.00

Olympic films on start and turns; small group instruction on dives & turns.
The clinic is open to all SABW swimmers!

You may print a pre-order form for the t-shirts (hoodies are available, too!) and send it along with your check to Bonnie Holland, Swim Academy, 1101 Walnut, Unit 1009, Kansas City, MO  64106. 

KC Splashdown Nov 13-15th, Gladstone Community Center

If you haven’t already, please go to "JOB Sign UP" for KC Splashdown, and sign up to help. Currently we have several timer slots open. Ideally, we are asking every family to take a slot.
