• 5:30pm - Doors open for Registration,
Concessions and Silent Auction
• 6:00pm - 8 & Under Swimmers 600 meters and
less
• 7:00pm - 9-12 Swimmers 1000m & more; Older
swimmers, Visitors,
& Guests swimming 2000-5000+
meters
• 7:30pm - 1st section of Silent Auction closes,
winning bids announced
• 8:00pm - 2nd section of Silent Auction closes,
winning bids announced
• 8:30pm - Final section of Silent Auction
closes, winning bids announced
• 8:35pm - Live Auction begins
• 9:00pm - Silent Auction item pick-up
closes
• Tibu Café and Food Concessions will be
open 5:30-8:30pm
