Qualified Swimmers Final 

         Hey Seawolves, how many of you have qualfied for Meet of Champions (All-Stars)? The Woodcreek Seawolves are the 2009 defending small team division champs and look forward to repeating in 2010, but we need you at the meet the representing the team. Swim fast and swim hard and get your Q-times so you can represent the Seawolves at this regional all-star swim meet. All the info on Q-times and venue are in the links above.

For those of you participating in MOC,
the practice schedule is as follows:

Practice will be held on  Tuesday July 27th - Friday July 30th next week at the RAC

11 and Older swimmers will practice from 5-6pm.
10 and Under swimmers will practice from 6-7pm.

There will be limited coaching for these practices, so all swimmers will need to
swim during their set time slot.

Practice hard, swim fast, show your Seawolves Pride at MOC.
