The
Durham Dolphin Swim Team is available to swimmers ages 6 to 18. We
offer something for every level and age of swimmer; our program has
a place for the beginner, recreational swimmer, and a place for the
most competitive and skilled swimmer. We will start our 2012 swim
season ,cost is $170 or $75 per month, the 2012 season will start
on May 14th. Our Masters program will
start June 4th and is open to all adults
18 and over, cost $30 per month. We also offer a Mini Dolphin
program, for $90 ,starting June 4th, which is
a 5 week learn to swim program designed to teach your 3 ½ to
6 year old to become a dolphin!
Start Date will be May 14th after
school. Practice is offered M-F, with sections that run 1 to 2
hours depending on the practice level. Coaches will set practice
levels for each swimmer and swimmers move up after
level requirements are met. While practice is available every
day, it's up to the individual swimmer to decided when
they practice. Some swimmers are there every day, some only
1-2 days a week...it's totally flexible. You can start at the
beginning for our season or wait until school is out . We have 5
major swim meets we go as a team during the summer, the families
get to pick which meets are what to do to, all or none...it's
flexible.

Board Meetings are held on the second Monday of the month, Starting
in May at the pool.
