PACK Swimmers Top Ranked in the United States!

PACK swimmers Casey Clark, Todd Ber, and Anna Patterson are nationally ranked for the 2008-2009 USA Swimming seasons.

Casey Clark is nationally ranked the 4th, 15 year old, 100 yard girls butterfly swimmer. Casey clocked the time of 54.52Y at the Texas 5A High School State Championship.

Todd Ber is nationally ranked the 1st, 11 year old in the 50 yard boys backstroke (28.10Y) and the 3rd, 11 year old in the 100 yard boys backstroke (1:01.24Y) swimmer.  Todd was also ranked the 9th, 11 year old in the 200 yard boys backstroke (2:13.59Y) in the USA. The 50 and 100 backstroke swims were both meet records for TAGS, the state age group swimming championship for Texas.

Anna Patterson is ranked 19th in the 15 year old 200 yard girls butterfly (2:01.88Y). Anna’s swim took place at the 2008 Gulf Senior Championships.

PACK also has nationally ranked relays! All three relay swims took place at the long course TAGS meet at Texas A&M University.

The 11-12 boys 200 meter medley relay (2:10.24L) is ranked 10th in the USA. This relay was swum by Todd Ber on the backstroke, Dustin Novak on the breaststroke, Eli Hoenshel on the butterfly, and Harry Sale on the freestyle.

The 13-14 boys 800 meter freestyle relay (8:20.52L) is ranked 4th in the USA. This relay was swum by Sam Bryant, James Dancer, Callum Hevle, and Ryan Massey.

The 13-14 boys 200 meter medley relay (1:57.30L) is ranked 10th in the USA. This relay was swum by Ryan Massey on the backstroke, Josh Lamb on the breaststroke, Callum Hevle on the butterfly, and James Dancer on the freestyle.

The rankings were finalized after USA Swimming, the governing body for swimming in the United States compiled all swim times in the USA from the 2008-2009 seasons that ended August 31, 2009.
