The Far Westerns Meet is July 28 to August 1, in Concord.    This meet is for all WCAB swimmers with a 'FW' time.  Be sure you know your relay assignments and arrive at the pool by 5:00 for relays each day.

The next  Mini-Meet (for all Novice, Cub, White, and Purple swimmers) is Wednesday, August 4th, at Heather Farm.  Swimmers should arrive at 3:45 p.m. and the coaches will organize the swimmers into heats and lanes for racing.
 

The Far Westerns Meet is July 28 to August 1, in Concord.    This meet is for all WCAB swimmers with a 'FW' time.  Talk with your coach about your entries before you enter.  Enter online by July 21.  Coaches will enter relays.  Relays will be posted on Tuesday.

The Annual WCAB Team Break is the two weeks starting August 16th.  There will optional practices for the Purple and Pre-Senior Groups, 4:00 to 5:30 p.m., on 8/31, 9/1 and 9/2.  Practice will resume full-time on Tuesday, 9/7.
